• I have 15 years animal care knowledge from working in the Veterinary industry. The last 6 years of which have been in an emergency Veterinary practice.
• Holder of an animal first responder certificate.
• Safety of your pet is paramount. All animals are handled on a one-to-one basis, no mixing of other pets is allowed. All animals are on leads while outdoors at any time.
• Very experienced in caring for and handling animals in pain. All animals are handled with love, care, and compassion.
• Good working knowledge of medications and their interactions on your pet and the side effects that may occur while using medications.
  
• Will follow Veterinary instructions exactly and give regular updates to the owner.
• Multiple different sized crates available. All crates are sized to fit your pet's needs.

• Outstanding customer care – 35 years experience in the customer care market.
• Grooming and pet care – 20 years' experience.
• Post operative visits can be scheduled by you and I can take your pet to them.
  
• Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly payment terms available. All payments are made in advance.
